Together we want to build a shared photographic archive.
We want to collectively narrate this great story, photo by photo, starting with images recovered from our family albums, those that best tell the story of our lives, the lives of everyone, the life of Naples. We want to create a comprehensive, non-stereotypical visual atlas of shared stories and everyday events. An unprecedented geography of the city’s changes and the transformations of its representative places. Because through these photographs we can see how we were, how we are and how we will be. Inside them is our whole life and our perspective on the future.

Napolirama, a collective photographic archive of the inhabitants of Naples, researches and catalogues family photos taken throughout the 20th century until the advent of digital photography.
